============================================================================ 由于仔细翻译太花时间, 所以只综合今早新闻内容：高桥继21日练习中3度挑战4F之后, 在意大利时间22日的公式练习中, 也7度试跳4F。不像21日一样全部失败, 22日的练习中多是两脚着冰。高桥自己的评语是说感觉渐渐转好。在比赛中是跳4T还是4F, 他说是一半一半机会。
