退出全美了LYSACEK WITHDRAWS FROM 2013 PRUDENTIAL U.S. FIGURE SKATING CHAMPIONSHIPS
(1/18/13) - Evan Lysacek, the reigning Olympic champion, announced today that he has withdrawn from the 2013 Prudential U.S. Figure Skating Championships, which will take place Jan. 20-27 in Omaha, Neb.
Lysacek, 27, who had surgery in November to repair a sports hernia, has been training in southern California with Frank Carroll and Karen Kwan-Oppegard.
"It's disappointing because health-wise I'm fine," Lysacek said. "Due to the long layoff from the surgery I still need about three more weeks to get back into competition form. The good news is I am finally healthy, back to a full training schedule and already working hard to be ready for next season to defend my Olympic title at the 2014 Olympics in Sochi."
In addition to winning the 2010 Olympic Winter Games gold medal, Lysacek is the 2009 World champion and a two-time U.S. champion (2007, '08).

状态还没回来什么的，不如说心态还没调整好 唉，明年再加油吧。 果然意料之中 一点都不奇怪……好像习惯了。 现在的赶脚是。。。。他不退大爷才觉得奇怪 其实我们倒是无所谓啦，只是感觉他自己这两年比较迷茫，离开了多年奋斗赛场，就不知道该做什么，似乎很多东西也尝试了一下，最后还是想回到冰场重拾目标的意思吧。

概述之：
经过好久的伤病，小雷子历史上首次木有伤病了~前一阵子伤病两次：腹股沟&疝气。养病期间他在利用DWTS期间学到的技能升级自己的节目和动作。
他说，全美要是能晚三个礼拜，他铁定能参加，可是为了从长计议，还是退赛，身体为重，一切为索契打算。
索契的目标是男单金牌+团体金牌。如果能拿到单人金牌的话，就是1952年Dick Button爷爷之后的第一个~
他觉得新设置的团体项目很好，就像夏奥会的体操团体项目似的（Anemone:他想到了柳公主？），这非常有助于培养战友情谊。
离索契大概还有一年。然后，他觉得温哥华好像还是昨天似的~
