hand grind is much different than machine grind. first your hand can't hold the grind stone as powerful as machine, 2nd, the grind stones are easily wear out and the section of the average quality grind stones are not even perfect round, so you will get a much bigger ROH than the radius of the grind stone. if you try it urself, u will know.

320# would be ok, but remember, dip the stone in machine oil 24 to 72 hours b4 u grind ur blades, i use edible oil instead, it works fine.

可以用这个开刃，不过很累。
我主要是修刃，保证平行，还有刃的锋利。车刀直径18毫米。买不到19.2毫米的。

最重要的是合脚。去试，要紧到脚在鞋里不能动，脚趾不顶前面。
刚开始脚力不强，会酸到受不了是正常的。
如果，脚在里面能活动就恐怖了，鞋就成了大锉刀了。而且，和转身，转三，转圈有关的动作都做不了。

之前用的就是ACE parabolic那个1千多点. 很不错.非常适合初学的. 买刀前不会转, 换了后马上成. 尤其适合走刃. 教练说就是刀好了.

鞋, EDEA也不错, 最大的优点是轻和舒适(象袜子), 做燕式能高点.体力不支时省的这点重量还真管用

我觉得不管哪种鞋，都要能试一下啊，因为人的脚都是不一样的，各种品牌的鞋子鞋型也不一样，真是困惑啊，同仁们有谁能支个招吗？
