8过现在是花滑休战的季节，而那个某朴的游泳最近也没什么重大比赛，所以媒体也在休息中啦！

这是我在FSU上看到的一个回帖

Slightly off-topic...there's a short clip of Yu-Na practicing her spiral on her website and it has improved extension-wise. She seems to be very frustrated with it...she talks about how her leg "just won't go up" no matter how hard she tries.

Also OT...she has clips of lots of performances by other skaters and she comments on what she likes. She says that she almost cried after watching Buttle's SP and Takahashi's LP at Worlds. I also thought it was cute that she says she thought of Daisuke while watching Phantom.
