<P>第51届国际冰联大会会议第三天正式通过了一项重要改革措施：所有ISU主办的花滑赛事即日起一律取消资格赛。该举措是为了缩短比赛时间，节省经费以及吸引更多的观众。</P>
<P>（据悉这个提案是由中国代表提议的。对于世锦赛这将意味着所有选手都将有资格在短节目比赛中亮相，分组将完全由抽签决定，不会出现高手只集中在最后两组出现的局面。但新闻未提及是否只有短节目前24名才有资格参加自由滑的比赛。）</P>
<P>另外会议否决了提高裁判透明度的提案，仍将沿用不计名打分和由计算机随机抽取计分的方法，旨在减少人为因素的干扰。</P>
<P>大会还通过了双人滑技术委员会提出的将冰舞，单、双人滑比赛规则统一化的提议，以确保规则的一致性。细则应该很快出台。</P>

<P>94及98年冬奥会铜牌及95年世锦赛女单金牌得主陈露于6月27日下午2时16分在深圳的一家私人医院顺利诞下一名男婴。她和丈夫，世锦赛及冬奥会奖牌得主，俄罗斯冰坛宿将Denis Petrov给孩子取名为Nikita。露露现在深圳的世界冰场(world ice arena）担任节目指导工作。</P>
