2013 Gardena Spring杯，Adam新节目"牧神的午后"亮相

在意大利举行的2013 Gardena Spring杯结束了全部比赛， 男子单人滑成年组项目，日本选手小冢崇彦夺冠，美国的Adam RIPPON摘银（自由滑第一）。

终于又恢复卷毛发型了

本想无视这个B级赛，可看到人家还是穿着美帝队服，毕竟算是代表国家队的，就关注了，但是更失望了。。。
上次说的修补以前自由滑服装上的洞，原来是这件。。。应该是临时用一下的吧，和牧神午后的音乐还是挺配的。
然后SP大抽就不说了。。。
LP这难度，真心不知道怎么说。。只好安抚自己说，是因为伤还没好全。。。最后分数居然还创了新高，难道他就该是这种难度么。。。

Hey everybody!

I hope your spring holidays were filled with family, friends and happiness. Right now I am preparing for a long flight to Europe and thought it was the perfect time to reflect a bit on the past year.

It was a season fighting injury for me. I was so happy that it finally began to come together just before U.S. Nationals. I was also happy that I was selected to the U.S. Four Continents team. During my preparation for the competition, I twisted my ankle on a quad landing. Not only did the injury force me to withdraw from the competition, it also forced me to stop jumping… indefinitely!

Rafael wanted me to use this down time wisely and suggested that I get a jump on next season and start my new long program. He selected Debussy's Prélude à l'après-midi d'un faune (Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun) and Tom Dickson to choreograph it. I thought his choices were great and after my initial rehab., I headed off to Colorado Springs.

Two weeks ago I returned to Lake Arrowhead and began jumping again, a little more each day. Since I am not back to the level I was at before the injury, Rafael suggested that I skate my new long program and to use this competition, Gardena Spring Trophy, to focus on all of the other elements a program brings. My goal is to skate the best I am able to.

I am very grateful to U.S. Figure Skating for the opportunity to represent Team USA at Gardena Spring Trophy and excited to travel to beautiful Italy!

4CC前练四周落冰时脚踝受了伤，无法跳跃，休息时利用闲暇时间在教练安排下开始编排新LP，教练选曲，Tom Dickson编舞；两周前上冰恢复训练，但没有恢复到伤前水平，于是按照指示在意大利春季赛上尝试新LP，为进一步修改提供依据

曲子不是TD选的啊.我还是觉得把选曲和编排都交给一个人做主比较好.
