Yagudin''s Overcome

thank you so much, Alexes, for sharing this fabulous program with me =)
  
         Even the most passionate, delicate words fade their brilliance when they confront the task of praising Overcome, nor could my minimum accumulation of knowledge. This is the program that has existed, and will be existing, through Time's thievish progress to eternity.
         Something dooms to rule, to dominate, to monopoly, and this judgement applies perfectly to Overcome  in terms of the realm of figure skating. If my slight Muse do please these curious days, the pain be mine, but yours shall be the praise, Alexei Yagudin.

haha,, i constructed a found poem in honor of this program..and here is it:



            Remembrance

Those parts of you that the world's eyes do view
when beauty lived and died as flowers do now
Time's injurious hand crushed and gave that due
when hours have drained his blood and filled his brow

Against confounding Age's cruel knife,
that he shall never cut from memory
My sweet love's beauty, and gave your graceful life
a double majesty overwhelming the merciless parody.

O let me suffer (being at your beck)
Th'imprisoned absence of your liberty,
And patience, tame to sufferance, bide each check,
Without accusing you of injury

My life has in this line some interest,
which for memorial still with thee shall stay.
My spirit is thine, the better part of purest
the very wraith was consecrate to your pray
