 U.S. Figure Skating Announces Men Nominated to 2010 U.S. Olympic Figure Skating Team
 World, World Junior, Four Continents teams also named
 
 (1/17/10) - U.S. Figure Skating announced today the nomination of Jeremy Abbott, Evan Lysacek and Johnny Weir to the 2010 U.S. Olympic Figure Skating Team, pending United States Olympic Committee (USOC) approval. At the 2010 AT&T U.S. Figure Skating Championships in Spokane, Wash., Abbott successfully defended his U.S. title with a record-breaking final score of 263.66 points, while Lysacek and Weir finished second and third, respectively.
 
 The alternates nominated to the team are Ryan Bradley (Alternate No. 1), Adam Rippon (Alternate No. 2) and Brandon Mroz (Alternate No. 3).
 
 Also announced were the men that will represent the United States at the 2010 World Figure Skating Championships March 22-28 in Torino, Italy, the 2010 Four Continents Figure Skating Championships Jan. 25-31 in Jeonju City, Republic of Korea, and the World Junior Figure Skating Championships March 8-14 in The Hague, Netherlands.
