GIVE BIRTH TO THEIR FIRST CHILD


Two-time World Champion, U.S. National Champion, and 1992 Olympic Champion figure skating super star Kristi Yamaguchi (32) and her husband Bret Hedican (33), NHL hockey star (Defense/Left for the Carolina Hurricanes), gave birth to their first child today, a girl, at a Raleigh, North Carolina hospital, it was announced today by a public relations representative for Yamaguchi, Michael Sterling of Los Angeles. Keara Kiyomi Hedican, weighing 7 pounds and 20 inches in length, arrived on her due date at 1:18 a.m. eastern time. Both mother and daughter are in excellent health.

Kristi Yamaguchi is considered a veteran professional. Her professional career is marked by numerous major championship titles and critically acclaimed performances earning her accolades from major sportswriters as the 'best female skater in the world.' Yamaguchi and Hedican were married July 8, 2000 on the big island of Hawaii.Yamaguchi will make her first public appearance November 4, 2003 at the Wachovia Center in Philadelphia, PA as host and star of an all-new skating spectacular, Kristi Yamaguchi’s Salute to American Music presented by McCormick. The live event will be taped as a special on NBC to air November 30, 2003.  

恭喜啊，不过克丽思生第一胎好像岁数有点大了。

35岁以前都不算晚。而且现在美国医疗水平很高的，年龄大一点问题不是太大。

做为当年的同场的竞技对手，伊藤生了BABY吗？

恭喜山口，我很喜欢她。不知到她生了小孩后还会不会回到冰场。

刚才看了她92年的lp，天啊！她居然做了3lutz3toe！那时女单的技术已经很不得了了嘛！现在看来如今做两个3-3也不为过啊！

但是她的3sal几乎从来就没有在世界大赛里成功过。
世界上的第一个做3－3的应该是1984年的依藤绿，到了90年代初期，很多女单世界高手都有能力作3－3或者3axel，但是却很少有人能在一套长节目里面跳全5种3周跳。这种状况直到以陈露为代表的一代新人出现以后才得以改观。陈露很少做3－3，但是在一套长节目里跳全5种3周跳的成功率很高，这成为裁判打技术分的一个关键。
直到现在，如果你没能跳全5种3周跳，即使你完成了难度很高的3－3或者3axel，长节目的技术分一样不会高（关颖珊除外）。

刚才看了 山口的92奥运会的长节目！！
很喜欢！以前知道她是在央视的综艺频道的每日佳艺节目中，哪个节目有一段时间一直在介绍花样滑冰（冬奥会）！！

这个很奇怪呀，论难度，3lutz应该比3salchow要大
在我眼里，这两种跳跃的起跳姿势都很奇怪，感觉旋转的方向都比较别扭，为什么山口能够连3lutz-3toe而做不出3salchow呢，92年的LP里她的这个跳跃也double了
山口的跳跃感觉不高，空中旋转倒是挺快的，奥运会上的艺术表现力不错，不过感觉没有好到8个5.9的程度啊
