今晚训练的repo，又合了LP，又没做旋转

We’ll call this group “YUNA!!! oh…and some other girls.” I think the Korean contingent might be winning the BAC (big Ase camera) competition. No photography announcements going on at this rink lol!
I forgot to text dh this am oops…. done now. Back to skating..
Yuna just took her bows and finally cracked a smile.

Popova- there is something about her I like. Spunk? Athletic look? Not sure. SP did a 2-2 but I didn’t note other jumps. Must have had trouble there.
Van daele. SP. 3 landed up front but no combo. Tried 2a (neither worked) and popped an edge jump. Rough go of it.
Madsen FP. lots of doubling jumps. Some might have been intentional? Some looked popped. No spins. Not much really. No energy
Jamulev… SP walk like Egyptian armography to start into 2a. More wlea then fell on next 2 jumps. Looks dejected. Feel for her. Pretty much quit on program after that.
Yuna FP. Jumps 3-3 3LorF 3sal? 3LorF spread eagle into 2A22 3edge2 2A. Did not do all other elements. FW did not look full out. Jumps look SO easy and smooth. The other top ladies better bring their jumps.

看来跳跃成功率好高啊

看了悲惨世界的训练，超级带感，感觉自信程度不输当年格什温，那种久违的霸气又回来了！！姑娘加油！！！

这次她的长节目基础分和主要竞争对手差了十多分，短节目也差了好几分，真是艰难的uphill battle。
只有希望 ...

Yuna的竞争对手只有她自己
基础分不过是个数字，高兴的话报个4a4lz4t玩玩也行啊
Yuna比赛现在主要就是赚两个名额，又没说要突破技术多少分...她已经过了那个年纪了..
放心吧..咱们也就好好看节目就行了

刚刚的SP合乐
SP的步伐和LP的步伐都改了

今天的33的质量感觉没有前一天自由滑合乐的好，还有继续不做贝尔曼，是不是只能继续三级。。。。

这几天应该都有时差问题，昨天LP也没尽全力。时差我自己一般是三天能倒得差不多，不过妍儿身经百战，没什么大问题，明天应该就可以恢复了。
