OLYMPIC FIGURE SKATER NANCY KERRIGAN GIVES BIRTH TO SECOND CHILD

BOSTON, April 15, 2005 - - Two-time Olympic medal winning figure skater Nancy Kerrigan and her husband, Jerry Solomon, have announced that she gave birth to their second son yesterday, April 14, 2005.

“I always wanted to be a mom” said Kerrigan, 35. “It is the most rewarding thing in my life, so I could not be happier to be adding to the family. It has not been an easy road but the hard things are often the best things. We are looking forward to a lot of excitement.”
