- Вроде бы, я откатала короткую программу хорошо, но, мне кажется, это ещё далеко не моё идеальное катание, - сказала Аделина Сотникова. – Я считаю, что на предсезонных прокатах в Сочи в эмоциональном плане мне удалось откатать программу лучше, чем в Перми. С другой стороны, я рада, что собрала все прыжковые элементы и сделала их качественно, на должном уровне.

- Как справились с произвольной программой?
- Для первого проката на соревнованиях произвольную программу я откатала хорошо, хотя есть небольшие ошибки, над которыми сейчас нужно поработать, чтобы на более крупных соревнованиях всё было чисто.

- Специалисты отметили ваши эмоции на прокатах в Сочи?
- В Сочи я показывала обе программы – короткую катала целиком, а произвольную без одного вращения. Специалистам постановки очень понравились! Они отметили прогресс, сказали, что я прибавила в скольжении, стала ярче в эмоциях. Общий вывод был такой: только катай – и всё будет (улыбается)!

- Почему решили выступить на первом этапе Кубка России?
- Мне просто нужно было попробовать свои силы, покататься при зрителях, почувствовать атмосферу соревновательного сезона. В начале октября я выступлю на Japan Open в Японии, поэтому нужно привыкать к этим ощущениям.

- А Lombardia Trophy в Италии пропустите?
- В Италию я не поеду, и других стартов, вроде бы, не планируется. Только Japan Open, за которым последуют этапы Гран-при.


- Почему решили пропустить соревнования в Италии?
