有SF啊，hoho，那偶把新翻的内容发到SF上了^_^

备受瞩目的Yuna的新书已经发行了，有很多热心的粉丝将自己翻译的内容发到了网上，偶转了一些过来，果然有好料啊 ，文章比较简单，我捡了一些翻了点 （这部分是Yuna还处于小Loli期的点点滴滴^_^）


以下这段，转自Yunaforum，由Empress of ice 翻译。

thanks to poor boots It trains my ankles to be strong

At 5 with her mother,father and her big sister when she went to Gwacheon inner icerink she began to wear her first boots.
As I first stepped to rink,I was scared to fall in verge of hearing my heart tumbling.
As her tumbling heart disappeared slowly,the icerink became a new world.
At that summer when she first skated, her mother filled a form in Gwacheon icerink for Yuna to have particular classes.
Most of kids were used to borrow boots because of short period to learn figure skating
red boots with yellow strings,I received these boots she wanted to throw away from my aunt [father's sister] but finally she decided to give them to me.
My first boots were thin like a paper and were soft It wasn't like leather which embraces my feet
Boots for competitors are made hard to protect ankle.
thanks to that my feet didn't hurt but I couln't bear them so I had to endure that with my strenght to be able to skate.
sometimes mum said laughing if I wasn't trained early with those poor boots.

Yuna的第一次滑冰，是5岁的时候，和爸爸妈妈还有姐姐一起去的。

Yuna的第一双冰鞋，是红色的，绑着着黄色的鞋带，这双鞋不是冰场租的那种，本来是姑姑准备淘汰的鞋子，后来送给了她。


Can you afford to support Yuna [meaning 'financially']

When Yuna was a baby she learned to walk very fast but she skates very well too!

I began to walk since 8th month.
people said that other babies usually walk after their first birthday.
sometimes when adults gathered,they said at that time that my ability of sports is kindly different and talked about it with fun.
When program of particular courses of learning figure skating finished, mum filled a form for me & my sister to masterclass again.
At the end of masterclass,the coach Ryu Jong-Hyeon who teached me suddenly asked me to bring my mother.
'Yuna's got a talent in figure skating.'
Then coach said that 'Mrs Park,figure skating is a sport which requires a lot of money. Can you afford to support your child?'
Mum took a hard decision.My big sister ended her masterclass and I began to take private lessons seriously to become a figure skater.

Yuna八个月就学会走路了，那时，家中的长辈聚在一起的时候都会很开心的讨论和猜测，认为她将有不同寻常的运动天分。

妈妈送Yuna和姐姐去学习花样滑冰课程和音乐课程，课程结束后，教练找到妈妈，告诉她Yuna非常有花滑的天分，同时也告诉妈妈，要让Yuna练习花滑需要很多的钱。妈妈艰难的做出决定，让姐姐停止这些课程，并开始送Yuna去接受个人训练。




Aladdin & Michelle Kwan,my beginning of dream

'skater' this word entered first in my heart when I saw 'Aladdin' at 6~7years old.
Bright costumes,graceful gestures,beautiful music,those elements prevented me to take my eyes off.
I was so captivated of scruitunizing gestures one by one that I can't even remember of the story.
The next year following my decision of becoming figure skater,in 1998, there were Nagano olympic games.
At that my moment I discovered the nature of my dream. That time Michelle Kwan earned silver medal.
I thought I vaguely became a figure skater I wanted to have someone who looks like to me.
At that moment my most favorite game was 'winter olympic games'
It consisted of being the most favorite skater.
I always was 'Michelle Kwan'.I constantly repeated the gestures & face expressions of Michelle Kwan.

Me too puberty...I felt foremost alone.

At 11 I,too,felt puberty.
As soon as I wake up I've had to prepare to go to training,resting then training,again training.
I felt like a 'robot which doing sport'
I sometimes wondered if I won't be crazy but I felt foremost alone.
At puberty period anybody can think about 'suicide' and I sometimes imagined that but that's just a word.
Honestly I was scared so I didn't want to die.I want to live~
Then,a big trouble came, the first injury.
2003 on february before winter national festival due to harsh training,my ankle increased badly.
I was hurting so much It makes me difficult to walk that I said 'I want to stop figure skating'
In addition at that time,because of IMF my father was in a difficult position which couldn't allow me
to do figure skating anymore.
Kim Sae-Yeol coach who was training me at this moment couldn't stand that and said 'let's just participate to international competion' Myabe because It was my last competition I felt my body light?
I couldn't believe It myself but I succeded my all 5 triple jumps perfectly and I ranked in 1st position.
Will it end like that? I thought I could be happy cause It won't be necessary to do figure anymore...

11岁的Yuna，也迎来了青春期的叛逆。她开始讨厌无休止的像机器人一样枯燥乏味的训练生活。她感到孤独，甚至也像很多青春期的孩子样，想象过自杀，8过很幸运滴，Yuna现在还站在偶们面前，她承认是因为胆小而没有自杀的勇气^_^。

2003年2月，Yuna不得不直面滑冰生涯的第一个大麻烦——受伤。在winter national festival之前，因为严苛的训练，她的膝盖不堪重负，疼痛让走路都变得很困难，也让Yuna脱口而出——“我想停止滑冰”！祸不单行，此时的金融危机也让Yuna爸爸的工作陷入困境，无法负担Yuna高额的训练费用。在这种情况下，Yuna当时的教练Kim Sae-Yeol建议她只参加国际比赛。她抱着“这是我最后一次比赛”的念头（。。。飙泪ing），一身轻松的来到赛场上。让人不能相信的是，这一次的比赛，Yuna完美的完成了五个三周跳，拿到了冠军。拿到冠军的同时，Yuna也在开心的想着，她应该再也不用滑冰了。。。

话说这本书在淘宝上有日本地区的代购，但是是韩国轱辘文字，以Yuna现在的影响力，英文版应该是早晚的事，那样我可以请在美国的朋友给寄一本
后边这一段写的真心酸，我一向喜欢那些吃过苦却乐观，天赋过人但是谦和，输得起的选手，无论是哪个项目的
通常运动员能有这种心态都是历尽沧桑之后，但难得Yuna这个年纪就有超出常人的豁达态度面对伤病和输赢
也许是她太早经历了各种磨难吧

Coach, bet a banana milk with me."

'Figure skating Queen’ Kim Yeon Ah.

Overseas training is tiring. During 5th and 6th grade, when I went to Colorado Springs in US for overseas training, I had to do an hour and a half on-ice training about 4 times a day and also had to do separate off-ice training. One day, I was jump roping and I had do 2 step jumping, nicknamed "Ssang Ssang", 70 times in a row. My calves and arms felt as if the muscles had blown up and had to be thrown away. The thought every time I woke up. "How long do I have to live like this? ..." Ke ke ke.

海外训练是很辛苦的。5、6年级的时候，Yuna到美国的Colorado Springs进行海外训练。每天她会做四次冰上训练，每次持续一个半小时，其后的的陆地训练包括跳绳和两阶段的跳跃，每轮70次，Yuna昵称这个训练为"Ssang Ssang"（^_^）。一天的训练完成后，她感觉自己的小腿和胳膊都已经不属于自己了。而每天起床，Yuna都会想：这样的生活还要持续多久？

Getting caught while secretly snacking = Figure skaters are always hungry. It's because we can't eat a lot due to body weight. During overseas training, a learned survival skill was 'provisions'. It was during overseas training at Mariposa, Canada while I was in 8th grade. While the coaches were doing something else, several would keep watch while the rest of the kids would go buy 'provisions'(snack material.) In our quarters, there was a small room for storage where we hid and ate the 'provisions' at opportune times. One time, when I was eating the 'provision' with just my head stuck into the little space when the coach suddenly came into the room. I froze at that moment! I pretended to get something from the gym bag. Superb acting skill!

During weekends when we went to shopping malls were a really good opportunity to gather "provisions' because we went around separately from the coach. While I was furiously choosing which cookies to buy, I suddenly heard a familiar voice from behind. "What are you doing?" Ugh, "Yes? Ah, Sam! Would you like to eat this?"The coach generously just said 'you guys eat it' letting us slide. I was so thankful.

“被逮住偷吃零食=花滑选手总是在饥饿中（笑~~~），因为我们要控制体重”
Yuna说海外训练让她学会了一项生存本领——偷藏食物！在八年级的时候，她到加拿大的Mariposa进行海外训练，和其他的孩子一起，趁着教练不注意，买零食囤在宿舍找机会偷偷吃。一次，她正在偷吃零食的时候，突然看见教练马上就要走进房间了，当时是，她瞬间冻结，但是很快就反应过来，装着在自己的包中找东西，而躲过了教练的眼睛——“精湛的演技啊！”这素Yuna自己的评价（笑喷ing）。

周末逛超市的时候，是囤积食物的好机会，因为教练不会跟着去。某次，当Yuna正在疯狂的挑选食物时，她突然听到身后传来了熟悉的声音：“你在干嘛？”“哦，Sam，你喜欢吃这个嘛？”教练大方的一句“你们吃吧”，让Yuna感动不已。（想象一下这个画面，继续笑喷ing）



Mustn't ever lose a bet=During 9th grad, I left for LA for overseas training. I shared a room with three older girls. Coaches checked the room once a week for cleanliness and they awarded us the top score of 5 stars each time.

In order to get more points, we even stood by the door bowing from waist with juice poured in wine glass. Since they started awarding points, it seems the thirst for vicory crept into even trivial everyday activities.

Was it because my thirst for victory was strong? I'm also tough at wagering. Like money or beverage betting, there were times when I made bets with the coach for fun. My favorite was banana milk betting! Jumping back to back from from Axel to Lutz without making a mistake, jumping Axel ten times, jumping triple jump three times were among the sorts. Some bets, I put my life on the line and won it. When you have a challenge with something at stake, I even suddenly made a skill that wasn't working out succeed. In such occasions,I would hear this. "You should do that normally." Isn't' that the truth. Ke ke ke

九年级的时候，Yuna的海外训练选在了LA。她和三个姐姐成了室友，教练每周会来检查宿舍的卫生，而她们的宿舍，每次都是五个明星宿舍中的最高分。对胜利的渴望，已经渗透到了日常生活中的点点滴滴。

Kim Yeon Ah's auto biography『김연아의 7분 드라마』(Joong Ang [Central] Publishing) The very last part contains an interview called 'Kim Yeon Ah, I talk about myself.' She frankly reveals her personality, her makeup method, what she really wants to have and her ideal type.

- About the nickname 'Magnanimous Professor Kim'

Nicknames like 'Faerie on ice' and 'Figure Queen' are attached a lot to female figure skaters. However, the nickname 'Magnanimous Professor Kim' (대인배 is 소인배's antonym (소인배 means petty and crafty or small-minded) and 김슨생 is internet style expression for 김 선생 (Professor Kim)) is different because it was made up after fans watched me calmly accept even bad results during competition. Because it's a nickname based on my personality, I like it more and I'm attached to it.


In truth, even when I think about it, because my personality is a bit on the uncomplicated side, I don't like complications or thinking too long. It is said that type O (her blood type) people are normally optimistic and uncomplicated; that's exactly how I am. That kind of personality has been a lot help for being in sport. I always have the thought, 'Past is just past, if I do well from now on, it'll be fine.'

Yuna的昵称有很多，她最喜欢的是“Magnanimous Professor Kim”


- The thing I want to have the most.

Sometimes during birthdays or Christmas if I'm asked 'What would you like to have?', as a joke I reply 'freedom'. If just for a day, I would like it if no one would recognize me. Then I can do what I want without having to be aware of my surroundings. Since my face has become well known, where ever I go it's always the corner seat, since I try to choose a spot where I'm less likely to be seen. While doing that, there are times when I think 'Why does it have to be like this even thought it's not like I committed a crime?'

Yuna最想要的东西是”自由“，希望有一天能够自由的走在街上，没有一个人认识自己。


-My exclusive make up method.

Naturally, in the T-zone, I still get a lot of acne. They often like to rear their heads bumpy bumpy in the middle of the forehead. They occasionally appear on the infra-nasal depression too. Nowadays it's a bit less but even when acne appear, I don't do anything special to take care of it. Normally, I go around with just skin lotion and base makeup on. Even when I go to practice or during interviews, it's not a total 'perfect face'. I have dark circles also and total 'perfect face' can't be seen by anyone besides mom. Ke ke ke.

I started to do the competition makeup myself since the junior days and eye make up is where I put my utmost effort. During performances, the feature on the face that judges and audiences look at are the eyes. My eyes look swollen since my eyes don't have double eyelids. My goal is to make the eyes look at big as possible.

The nail polish I put on for this season's short program is actually deep dark blue color. I thought I bring it because I saw that I had the deep dark blue color as I was looking around while packing before leaving for competition. '007 movie theme' program has a lot of shooting hand gestures so I thought how black nail polish would be since my bare hands doesn't even have gloves on. When I put it on and tried the hand gestures in the hotel room, it seemed alright.

化妆的部分到鸟^_^。

Yuna说自己的T区有小粉刺，总在额头中间冒头。现在粉刺已经少了很多，不过还是会偶尔出现，她也没有特殊的护理。Yuna平时（包括训练和接受访问时）只涂乳液和上些底妆，呵呵，Yuna说因为有黑眼圈，所以裸脸只能给妈妈看得到^_^

从青少年比赛开始，Yuna就开始自己化妆，她最重视的部分就是眼妆（哈哈，看出来了^_^），目标是让眼睛看起来尽可能的大。

Yuna这个赛季的短节目中的指甲油实际上是黑蓝色的（8素纯黑色）。


-Foods l like.

It would probably be faster to ask what I don't eat. I like all foods. Since I can't eat because there aren't foods laying around. Ke ke ke. Even though I don't never eat it, what I don't like are carrots and celery. I really really don't like celery because even if a little bit of it is in food, a smell similar to Korean traditional medicine immediate jumps out. Also I don't like food with fishy smell. Fish is alright but I don't like things like oysters. I don't understand what flavor people eat it for.

What I especially like is bread (pastry type.) 'Eat rice or eat bread?' Then I would eat bread. Ke ke ke. It's probably because I can't eat a lot of it even though I want to eat it. Normally when I leave for competition I start out at Japan and continue on to even tiny countries in Europe and because I'm a born omnivore, I've not once had to suffer hardship because of food.

喜欢的食物部分^_^

Yuna说自己喜欢所有的食物，甚至一些从来没有吃过的食物她都喜欢（-口-),唯二不喜欢的就是胡萝卜和芹菜，尤其是芹菜，哪怕是一点点放在食物中，都会散发出一股中药味（知音啊，偶也讨厌芹菜^_^）。另外，有腥味的食物也不喜欢，鱼还可以，但是其他的有腥味的东东如牡蛎等，就不能接受啦。

Yuna特别喜欢的是面包（糕点类）（偶也喜欢，口素会长胖滴。。。），面包和米饭中，她会选择面包，当然，面包吸引她的很大一个原因可能也是很多时候想吃的时候吃不到（要控制体重><）。


Emm, first, if he's taller than me, that'll do. Ke ke ke. I'm not impressed by a man who tries too hard pretending to look tough. Rather than someone who thinks 'I have to be like this because I'm a man' I would prefer someone who can lean on me if there are difficulties even though he is a man. Nowadays, it's a bit difficult to meet new people and also scary. There are even times when I think perhaps they're pretend to like me because I'm 'Kim Yeon Ah.' Also, rather than being introduced to a new person by someone, I think I prefer a relationship where we become close as a friend and naturally come to like each other.

小时候的Yuna和很多练体育的小孩一样 为了零食费劲心思呢 想想那样的Yuna就觉得好可爱呀 ^_^
叛逆期的Yuna好让人心疼 总之希望她可以享受这项运动吧
