It’s that time of year again — time to let the world know which skater(s) you think had the best year on the ice during the 2006-2007 competitive season.
The winner will be announced in the August/September issue of SKATING and on the web site. The trophy will be presented to the winner(s) next fall. Kimmie Meissner won the 2006 award.
