Do you like Mira Leung?

Mira Leung is a young Canadian Chinese skater. She is only 16 years ago. Mira finished a 12nd and 13rd place at the Olys and the Worlds respectively for her international debuts.

I am a big fan of Mira Leung. Although her skating skill is still a bit rough, Mira's flexibility, jumping consistency and mental toughness have impressed me a lot. I believe she will be a medal contender in the future.

两年前她在加拿大全国锦标赛上那个“天与地”，是我非常喜欢的一个节目。但实话她的滑行姿态很难看了。

其他的不说,她必须改变目前这种福娃形象

MS她肯定没有福娃好看。。。。。（表痛扁我）。2006worlds官方网站上面每日新闻里面都放了当日比赛前三名的照片和所有加拿大所有选手的照片，当时我看到她时候那叫一个汗。

说正经的。表演上，节目没有什么内容。。技术上总是叫人担惊受怕。。就跟看火箭打球似的。。

Leung真的是很喜欢穿民族服装，场下也穿，她的装束让我联想到东南亚地区的华人小女孩。

我非常喜欢她.到不是因为她的技术有多好,节目表演有多棒,就是第一次看见感觉挺可爱的,就喜欢上了~~

我觉得她需要在滑行技术,姿态,节目,表演等各方面都需要大大的提高~~还好加拿大在节目编排,技术等方面都有自己的一套,所以对她的未来还是很有信心的~~

对她最深的印象就是单跳的时候仰面朝天！

I read a lot of negative comments on other boards as well. But her jumping consistency really impressed me a lot. Her 'I' spin is also very good.

She also seems to have reached beyond puberty, that's another advantage. Female skaters' bodies will change a lot while maturing. A lot of little jump beans can not even manage a triple after reaching puberty. That's why I'm not convinced that Mao, Kim and Kimmie will maintain their jumping ability. The jury is still out there.

Well, I don't find head-up a particular distraction. I hate wrapped legs the most.

Well well well, whatsoever, Mira has a long long way to go to become a top performer to the audiance as well as to the judge panel...

Fortunately, she has time to improve and she's got a big chance cuz she has such an advantage in Canada.....

Hopefully she can seize the oppotunity and succeed...

梁美诺的2A经常失误，我觉得这是她的一个弱项，必须改进，否则以后比短节目N吃亏。

喜爱中国传统是好事，但我觉得她要进前十、前五，表演风格还是要多样化些；她现在的中式节目看起来更多还是展现“功夫”这个元素，说的搞笑点，女版斯托季科，ABC版黄飞鸿。

她的肢体我感觉还是比较弱，有力度但是不优雅，变化少；最好她还能减点肥。

我挺喜欢mira的。她起跳前的准备动作很轻松啊。。。哈哈，感觉很有力。。。

不过，希望她能调整空中姿态。。。

其实她旋转，跳跃什么的都不错，就是姿态不好看..比起leung，我更喜欢美国liang^_^

不喜欢。

虽说她也算有点水平的选手，但我就是觉得她不像个练花滑的。

嗯, 我在SC听说的是, 很多人对她有负面的印象是因为她在一些公开场合里说自己被裁判压分, 跳跃那么好为什么排名上不去, 等等, 似乎对自己的弱点没有认识, 口气不是不象当年的Elvis Stojko的.
