A friend in Russia told me that Tat and Max dropped the COI tour specifically to do the rest of Auverbukh's tour.
And apparently...if this occurs...it means another broken contract on their part.
The COI tour is on break until this weekend, and even Plushenko flies back and forth during some of the off days. So, Tat and Max being on Ilia's tour this week doesn't preclude them from rejoining the COI tour, but it is sounding as if they have decided not to. What will be interesting is if this results in yet another law suit against them, similar to the one pending due to cancelling on Plushenko's tour, because the story is that they did have a contract to do all of the COI dates.
Ah...drama, LOL.
I wonder if there were any problems (because of the lawsuit) being on the same tour with Plushenko, and maybe that played a factor in their leaving.
Yeah, I wondered the same thing but was told the only factor involved was money. I do hope they change their mind - was looking forward to seeing them.
