下面是我在国外的讨论区看到的旧评论,我觉得这个FANS说得挺中肯的。
I thought it was an interesting discussion on one of the other thread about the relationship of Alexei and Mishin. In every relationship there are multiple different layers. I think Mishin and Alexei had a very complex and complicate relationship. Alexei came to Mishin as a 10-year-old child looking for both a coach and a father figure. Mishin was looking for a champion. Both must have found in each other these elements otherwise the relationship would have dissolved in months instead of continuing for the next 8 years. The problem came when Alexei, like most 18 years, decided to show some independents. Mishin forgot or ignore the fact he was dealing with an adult rather then a child, said the famous international parent line of either it’s my way or you can leave. I don’t think either man really wanted it, but once the line was drawn either men ego would let him back down. Alexei was sure Mishin would choose him over Plush. When he didn’t he felt betrayed, angry and very alone. Mishin, on the other hand, was sure Alexei wouldn’t couldn’t even leave him for another coach. When he left, I think Mishin was shocked, then angry, and then felt betrayed (his coaching in his mind is the reason Alexei is where he’s at). I don’t condone anything Mishin has said or done to Alexei. To think of what the World would have missed if Mishin had been successful in his mission to destroy his self-confidence and if Alexei had not went for professional help. Talk about a crime against
